What we collect
- Account details: name, email and (optional) mobile number — to give you access, send login codes and payment receipts.
- Payment details: handled by Razorpay. We only receive the order/payment ID, amount and status — never your card, UPI or bank details.
- Photos and screenshots you upload for AI review or profile audits.
- Learning data: lessons completed, review scores and feedback, audit results.
- Basic technical data: a login cookie, server logs needed to keep the service secure, and anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, country, campaign link) to improve the site, and advertising measurement data shared with Meta (see below).
How your photos are used
- Only you can see the photos you upload.
- To create your review, the photo is sent to our AI provider (Groq) for analysis. It isn't used for advertising or shown to anyone else.
- Photos and screenshots are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Your scores and written feedback are kept so you can track progress.
- We never use your photos in marketing.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers that run Camed: Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), Razorpay (payments), Groq (AI photo analysis) and Resend (emails). They process data on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your personal data.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to visits, checkouts and purchases, and to show our ads to relevant people. This shares page visits, checkout and purchase events (product and price) and technical details such as your IP address, browser and Meta cookies with Meta. When you check out, your email address, phone number and name are sent to Meta only in hashed (scrambled) form, which Meta uses to match the event to an account. Your photos are never shared with Meta. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block these cookies in your browser.
Cookies
We use an essential cookie to keep you logged in, and two first-party analytics cookies (a random visitor ID and the link or campaign that brought you here) so we can see which pages and campaigns work. This data stays in our own database. We also use Meta's advertising cookies (_fbp, _fbc) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, as explained above. We never sell your data.
How long we keep data
- Uploaded photos: 30 days.
- Account, purchase and progress data: while your account is active, and as required for tax and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Login codes and session tokens are stored only as secure hashes. Access to data is limited to what's needed to run the service.
Children
Camed is meant for people aged 18 and over.
